BOYD represented Shenhua Group Corporation as their technical advisor for their successful IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Our work included an analysis of reserves (JORC, SEC and UN Reporting Standards), coal quality, mine operations, processing, material handling and rail and ocean transport facilities and economics. Our report was accepted by the Hong Kong Exchange.
